Our specially designed formula will help your auto A\/C produce cooler air, sealing common leaks within rubber compartments.<\/p>\n<p>Follow our simple step-by-step instructions below to see for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Warning: Always wear gloves and safety goggles.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Turn engine &amp; A\/C on<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Start car and turn on A\/C to its highest settings \u2013 MAX-COOL.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5415\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-1.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"173\" height=\"133\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>2. Determine if compressor is on<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>With A\/C on, determine if compressor clutch is engaged (cycled on).<\/p>\n<p>Tip \u2013 If the compressor is not cycling on, add half a can of refrigerant using instruction 7.<\/p>\n<p>If the compressor still does not engage, repairs may be necessary.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5416\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-2.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"178\" height=\"284\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>3. Find service port<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Locate the vehicle\u2019s low pressure port on the larger diameter aluminium tubing, between the compressor and evaporator.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the plastic cap from port and save.<\/p>\n<p>Visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/a-c-port-finder\/\">port locator<\/a> for help locating your low pressure service port.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5417\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-3.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"173\" height=\"123\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>4. Remove shipping disk<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Unscrew trigger dispenser from can and set can aside.<\/p>\n<p>Remove red &amp; white shipping disk by unscrewing and discard.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5418\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-4.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"133\" height=\"99\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>5. Attach quick connect<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Attach the quick connect fitting on end of recharge hose to the low pressure port (the only port it will fit onto) by simply pushing the fitting on to the low pressure port \u2013 you will hear a click.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DO NOT PULL TRIGGER<\/strong> as it will release refrigerant from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5419\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-5.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"115\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>6. Read pressure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rotate the blue dial on the gauge until the centre arrow in the \u201cV\u201d on the clear plastic lens points to the ambient (outside) temperature (if temperature is between 85\u00b0-115\u00b0F, point red arrow at 85\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Read pressure when the clutch is engaged. If the gauge needle is past the \u201cV\u201d please read instruction #2.<\/p>\n<p>If the gauge needle is before the \u201cV\u201d please read instruction #7.<\/p>\n<p>If the compressor is cycled on and the pressure is in the red, do not attempt to recharge. Seek professional help.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5420\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-6.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"137\" height=\"136\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>7. Charge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pull ring back to disconnect recharge hose from vehicle and screw can on to recharge hose (can is now ready for use).<\/p>\n<p>Do not remove trigger from can until empty.<\/p>\n<p>Reconnect quick coupler to low pressure port. Shake can well. Hold can upright to charge, shaking and rotating from 12 o\u2019clock to 3 o\u2019clock every few seconds. Squeeze trigger to dispense contents.<\/p>\n<p>Continue process, releasing trigger every 10 \u2013 15 seconds to check system pressure with the \u201cV\u201d range on gauge. Continue this process until the system is fully charged (PSI is in <strong>green<\/strong> zone) or can is empty.<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-none\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5421\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-7.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"177\" height=\"143\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Warning: Be careful not to overcharge your system.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Note: For cans purchased without charging hoses, follow instructions on charging hose (purchased separately).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8. Completion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is possible that the can will not be empty when finished. In this case, after disconnecting from vehicle, simply leave the recharge hose on the can and store in a cool dry location.<\/p>\n<p>If the can is empty, hold upside down for one minute to dispense any remaining product.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5422\" src=\"https:\/\/acprocold.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Digital-Instructions-8.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"179\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Disconnect from vehicle and simply unscrew the can and discard.<\/p>\n<p>The recharge hose may be used again with any R-134a can with a threaded cap.
